  Louie Perez Oct 29,1935--March 7, 2001 Louie Perez, 65 of Riverbank died Wednesday at his home. Mr. Perez was a native of Modesto. He lived in Riverbank all his life. He was a self-employed barber. He served on the Riverbank School Board and was a member of the Riverbank City Council. He was a member of St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church, past president of the Riverbank Lions Club and he coached Babe Ruth baseball. He served in the Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Del Perez of Riverbank; sons, Mike Perez of Modesto and Jesse Perez and Robert Perez of Riverbank; Sisters Carol Guerrero of Reedley and Betty Rivas of Los Angles; Brother Robert Montoya of Visalia; and five grandchildren. The Rosary will at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Riverbank Memorial Chapel. A Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Frances od Rome Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, Modesto. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Chapel. He had stomach Cancer.Remembrance may be made to Community Hospice, 601 McHenery ave. or St Frances of Rome Building fund,2827 Topeka st. Riverbank Calif. 95367
